What do you need from us to start?
For the proof of value: historical files with known outcomes, so we can demonstrate lift on
your book, not on slides. At run-time: bank statements (PDF or scans) and whatever financial
documents your process already collects. No new data collection required.
How long before we’re in production?
Proof of value on your own data in ~6 weeks. Integration ~3 weeks, testing ~3 weeks, deployment ~2.
First conversation to production in about one quarter — most of it is your committees, not our code.
Is the score explainable, or is it a black box?
Every decision ships with reason codes and full decision traceability. Your risk committee can read
them, your regulator can audit them, and your relationship manager can repeat them to the client
without sweating.
Where does our data live?
Deployments are scripted and dockerized to run inside your infrastructure. High-IP models stay in
ours. All communication is API-based, and the design is aligned with CNDP data-protection requirements.
Our segment is unusual. Can the engine adapt?
Custom models per institution are the default, not the exception. Merchants, micro-businesses,
non-salaried individuals, consumer credit — if it produces a bank statement, the engine can learn to read it.
What documents can the OCR actually digest?
Any bank-statement format at 90%+ field accuracy, plus invoices and standard financial
documents. Native PDFs, scans, phone photos. If a human can squint at it, the machine can read it.
How is this different from a bureau score?
A bureau tells you what someone did with credit they already had. Talaty reads what they do with
money — income stability, spending discipline, payment behavior — so you can underwrite the 90%
of businesses that have no credit history at all.
What does it cost?
Scoring-as-a-Service: one-time integration, then usage-based pricing per decision. Lending-as-a-Service:
revenue sharing plus cost coverage. Both are value-based and sized on your proof-of-value results —
we only propose numbers after the engine proves its lift on your data.
